[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋(song)(song)李翔(xiang),中(zhong)共黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)負責人。雖說是今(jin)年初從管(guan)理學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從進校(xiao)伊始,宋(song)(song)李翔(xiang)已(yi)在學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管(guan)理工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘九個年頭,是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍中(zhong)品(pin)格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅力量。

自“不忘初(chu)(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命(ming)”主(zhu)題(ti)教育工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開展以(yi)來,宋李翔積極響應(ying)校(xiao)黨(dang)委和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)總(zong)支的號(hao)召,根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)委和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院有(you)關“不忘初(chu)(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命(ming)”主(zhu)題(ti)教育統一部(bu)(bu)署和(he)安排,積極組織學(xue)(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)(xue)生支部(bu)(bu)的各項工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生日(ri)常工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署、共落實,找準基層黨(dang)支部(bu)(bu)建設的重(zhong)點,扎實推進各項工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的開展,工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中以(yi)身作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒(zu)、貼近(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生、貼近(jin)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼近(jin)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服(fu)務于學(xue)(xue)(xue)生成長成才,展現了學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)支部(bu)(bu)書記(ji)應(ying)有(you)的風(feng)采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

)助(zhu)專業力(li)(li)量提(ti)升對(dui)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)能力(li)(li)和應對(dui)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)。積(ji)極發揮新媒(mei)體平(ping)(ping)臺在(zai)思(si)(si)(si)想政治教(jiao)育中(zhong)的(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),組織策劃迎(ying)新系列推(tui)(tui)文、國慶70周年系列活(huo)動(dong)(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)年說推(tui)(tui)文等宣(xuan)(xuan)傳(chuan)推(tui)(tui)文,深(shen)受新生(sheng)歡迎(ying)。

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔老師工(gong)作(zuo)中敢(gan)于擔(dan)當,身(shen)先士卒,高度自律。每(mei)(mei)天早(zao)上提(ti)前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕(gan)到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo),下(xia)午最(zui)后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)辦(ban)(ban)公室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)隊成員(yuan),注重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍內部(bu)建設,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊成員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)隊活動等(deng)方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)(ban)營造出團(tuan)(tuan)結協作(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)氛圍(wei)。每(mei)(mei)周2次實地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情況,及時(shi)向(xiang)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)反饋(kui)早(zao)晚(wan)修情況。積極通(tong)(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)、走(zou)訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等(deng)形(xing)式傾(qing)聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動態,及時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解(jie)難。自開(kai)展(zhan)主題教育工(gong)作(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會(hui)2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)80人次,宿舍走(zou)訪4次。工(gong)作(zuo)中能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和(he)培養(yang)特點,有(you)針對性的(de)(de)開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動育人、文化育人理念(nian)落實到(dao)位。同(tong)時(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)進的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放(fang)棄引導(dao)教育,而(er)是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)嚴要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長(chang)、班主任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行后(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教育引導(dao)。羅馬城(cheng)不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊建設也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有(you)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)嚴于律己的(de)(de)作(zuo)風和(he)正能(neng)量的(de)(de)積極傳遞才能(neng)讓新(xin)時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)建設與時(shi)俱(ju)進,勇往直前(qian)。
