[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋(song)李(li)翔(xiang),中共黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)工辦負責人。雖說是今年初從管(guan)(guan)理(li)學(xue)(xue)院輪崗來到數創學(xue)(xue)院,但從進校伊(yi)始,宋(song)李(li)翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生管(guan)(guan)理(li)工作(zuo)崗位辛勤(qin)耕耘(yun)九個(ge)年頭(tou),是學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工隊伍中品格優秀、勤(qin)勉擔當、經驗(yan)豐富(fu)的中堅力量。

自“不忘初心(xin),牢記使(shi)(shi)命(ming)(ming)”主題教育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)展(zhan)以(yi)來,宋李翔積(ji)極響應校黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)的號召,根據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)學(xue)(xue)院有關“不忘初心(xin),牢記使(shi)(shi)命(ming)(ming)”主題教育統一部(bu)(bu)署和(he)安(an)排,積(ji)極組織(zhi)學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的各項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署、共落實(shi),找準基(ji)層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建設的重(zhong)點,扎實(shi)推(tui)進各項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的開(kai)展(zhan),工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以(yi)身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼近(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際、貼近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記應有的風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

使得志愿服務(wu)與專業建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)實(shi)現(xian)了深度融合(he)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)注(zhu)(zhu)意整合(he)資(zi)源,借助外力(li)提升部門工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)平。半(ban)年(nian)(nian)來2次主動(dong)聯系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校心(xin)理(li)(li)咨詢(xun)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),通過借助專業力(li)量提升對重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)關注(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)管理(li)(li)能力(li)和(he)應(ying)對水(shui)平。積(ji)極(ji)(ji)發揮新媒體(ti)平臺(tai)在(zai)思想(xiang)政治(zhi)教育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組(zu)織(zhi)策劃迎(ying)新系(xi)列推(tui)(tui)文、國慶70周年(nian)(nian)系(xi)列活(huo)動(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)說推(tui)(tui)文等宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)推(tui)(tui)文,深受新生(sheng)歡迎(ying)。

宋李翔老師(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中敢于(yu)擔當,身先(xian)士卒(zu),高度自律。每天(tian)早上提前一(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)辦(ban)公室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部(bu)建設(she),通(tong)(tong)過專題研(yan)討(tao)、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活動等方式(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)營造出(chu)團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉(feng)獻(xian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次(ci)(ci)(ci)實(shi)地檢查(cha)新生(sheng)早修(xiu)(xiu)情況,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)輔導員反饋早晚修(xiu)(xiu)情況。積極通(tong)(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)、走訪(fang)宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等形式(shi)傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)動態,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)排憂(you)解(jie)難。自開(kai)展(zhan)主題教育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)80人(ren)次(ci)(ci)(ci),宿舍走訪(fang)4次(ci)(ci)(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中能(neng)根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)專業和培(pei)養特點,有(you)針對(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)打成一(yi)片,將活動育(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)理(li)念落實(shi)到位。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)絕不放棄引(yin)導教育(yu),而是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過嚴要求,敢碰硬的(de)(de)(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)家長、班主任、輔導員一(yi)起(qi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)后進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)引(yin)導。羅馬城(cheng)不是(shi)一(yi)天(tian)建成的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建設(she)也(ye)不是(shi)一(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)夕,唯(wei)有(you)通(tong)(tong)過嚴于(yu)律己的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風和正能(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)積極傳遞才能(neng)讓新時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)與時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)俱進(jin)(jin),勇往直(zhi)前。
