
宋李(li)翔,中共黨員,數創(chuang)學院(yuan)學工辦負責人。雖說(shuo)是(shi)今(jin)年(nian)初從(cong)(cong)管(guan)理(li)學院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來(lai)到(dao)數創(chuang)學院(yuan),但從(cong)(cong)進(jin)校伊始(shi),宋李(li)翔已在學生管(guan)理(li)工作(zuo)崗(gang)位辛勤(qin)(qin)耕耘(yun)九個年(nian)頭,是(shi)學校學工隊伍中品格優秀、勤(qin)(qin)勉擔當(dang)、經驗(yan)豐富的中堅力(li)量。
自“不忘(wang)初(chu)(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)開(kai)展(zhan)以(yi)來(lai),宋李翔積極響應校黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)和學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)的號(hao)召,根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)和學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有(you)(you)關“不忘(wang)初(chu)(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)統一部(bu)(bu)(bu)署(shu)(shu)和安排,積極組(zu)織學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),將(jiang)黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)(bu)署(shu)(shu)、共(gong)落實,找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)建(jian)設(she)的重點,扎(zha)實推(tui)進(jin)各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的開(kai)展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中以(yi)身作(zuo)則、身先士(shi)卒、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實際、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)長成(cheng)(cheng)才(cai),展(zhan)現了(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)書記(ji)應有(you)(you)的風采(cai)。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李(li)翔(xiang)老師(shi)工(gong)(gong)作中敢于擔當,身先士卒,高(gao)度自(zi)律。每(mei)天早(zao)(zao)上(shang)提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)(shi)(shi)趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作,下(xia)午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離(li)開(kai)辦公室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部(bu)建(jian)設(she),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)談(tan)心(xin)談(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活動等(deng)方(fang)式為學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)結協作,拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作氛圍。每(mei)周2次實地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)(zao)修情(qing)況,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)反饋早(zao)(zao)晚修情(qing)況。積(ji)極通(tong)過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走(zou)訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表座談(tan)等(deng)形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自(zi)開(kai)展主題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作以來,主持學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)次,宿舍(she)走(zou)訪4次。工(gong)(gong)作中能根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專業和培(pei)養特點,有針對(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動育(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)理念落實到(dao)位。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕(jue)不放棄引(yin)(yin)導教育(yu),而是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴要求(qiu),敢碰硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔導員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)引(yin)(yin)導。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建(jian)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)設(she)也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴于律己的(de)(de)(de)作風和正能量的(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極傳遞才能讓新(xin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)期(qi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)與時(shi)(shi)(shi)俱進(jin),勇往(wang)直前。
