[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李(li)翔,中(zhong)(zhong)共黨員,數創學院學工辦負責(ze)人。雖(sui)說是(shi)(shi)今(jin)年初從管理學院輪崗(gang)來(lai)到(dao)數創學院,但(dan)從進校伊始,宋李(li)翔已(yi)在學生管理工作崗(gang)位辛勤(qin)耕耘九個年頭,是(shi)(shi)學校學工隊伍(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)品格優(you)秀、勤(qin)勉擔(dan)當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)(zhong)堅力量。

自“不忘初心,牢記使命(ming)”主題教育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展以(yi)來,宋李翔積(ji)極響(xiang)應校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)號召,根據學(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)院(yuan)有(you)關“不忘初心,牢記使命(ming)”主題教育統一部署和安排,積(ji)極組織學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部的(de)(de)各項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部署、共(gong)落實,找準基(ji)層(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部建設的(de)(de)重點,扎實推(tui)進各項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)開展,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以(yi)身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼近學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服(fu)務(wu)于學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才(cai),展現了學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部書記應有(you)的(de)(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

作(zuo)為學(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)書記(ji)(ji),宋(song)李翔(xiang)深知展(zhan)(zhan)示支部(bu)(bu)影(ying)響(xiang)力和(he)(he)號(hao)召(zhao)力,發揮團(tuan)結引領作(zuo)用,形成磁場效應(ying)在大學(xue)生思想政(zheng)治教(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)中的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)性(xing)。因此,他主(zhu)動(dong)與(yu)綜(zong)合素(su)養突(tu)出(chu)、具(ju)有較強學(xue)業拼搏精神和(he)(he)過硬政(zheng)治素(su)養的(de)(de)同學(xue)積(ji)極(ji)(ji)接(jie)觸,通過積(ji)極(ji)(ji)分子(zi)座談、發展(zhan)(zhan)對(dui)象(xiang)談話(hua)等(deng)(deng)形式將(jiang)教(jiao)育(yu)發展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)這(zhe)一學(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)中心工作(zuo)落實到位。他時刻提醒積(ji)極(ji)(ji)分子(zi)、發展(zhan)(zhan)對(dui)象(xiang)和(he)(he)學(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)處理好(hao)日(ri)常學(xue)習與(yu)做好(hao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)(zu)織工作(zuo)的(de)(de)關系、政(zheng)治理論學(xue)習與(yu)主(zhu)業課程的(de)(de)關系,使支部(bu)(bu)涌現出(chu)如梁家茵(yin)、溫嘉(jia)慶等(deng)(deng)綜(zong)合素(su)質突(tu)出(chu)的(de)(de)學(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)。認真(zhen)貫徹落實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)中央、廣(guang)東省委、深圳市委和(he)(he)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委關于(yu)主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)各項部(bu)(bu)署,積(ji)極(ji)(ji)召(zhao)集(ji)支部(bu)(bu)全(quan)體(ti)師生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)開展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)習《習近平新(xin)時代(dai)中國特(te)色社會主(zhu)義思想學(xue)習綱要(yao)(yao)》、習總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)關于(yu)主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)講話(hua)和(he)(he)中央的(de)(de)有關部(bu)(bu)署等(deng)(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)活動(dong)。在新(xin)生入學(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)中第一時間開展(zhan)(zhan)入黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)育(yu),利(li)(li)用早晚修時間,組(zu)(zu)織全(quan)體(ti)2019級(ji)新(xin)生集(ji)中觀看《我們走(zou)在大路上(shang)》專題(ti)(ti)片,積(ji)極(ji)(ji)弘揚愛國熱情。認真(zhen)對(dui)照校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委文件,嚴(yan)格規范(fan)學(xue)生支部(bu)(bu)“三會一課”記(ji)(ji)錄(lu),支部(bu)(bu)會議記(ji)(ji)錄(lu)本(ben)被當成標桿記(ji)(ji)錄(lu)本(ben)在學(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支內(nei)部(bu)(bu)進行傳閱學(xue)習。宋(song)李翔(xiang)努力為師生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)排憂解(jie)難,積(ji)極(ji)(ji)解(jie)答新(xin)發展(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)工黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在發展(zhan)(zhan)過程中的(de)(de)疑惑(huo)和(he)(he)困難,利(li)(li)用暑假(jia)主(zhu)動(dong)為畢(bi)業生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯系組(zu)(zu)織關系轉(zhuan)移單位,耐心解(jie)答畢(bi)業生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)各種問題(ti)(ti),大力協(xie)助畢(bi)業生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)完成組(zu)(zu)織關系轉(zhuan)移,深受畢(bi)業生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)好(hao)評(ping)。

(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)平(ping)(ping)臺,在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)領導支持(chi)(chi)下(xia),積極與(yu)深(shen)圳市(shi)公安局機(ji)場分局聯絡(luo),于2019年(nian)6月(yue)(yue)正(zheng)式(shi)成立深(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影(ying)視動(dong)畫宣(xuan)(xuan)傳志愿服(fu)務基(ji)地,使(shi)得志愿服(fu)務與(yu)專業建(jian)(jian)設實(shi)(shi)現了(le)(le)深(shen)度融合(he)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中注意(yi)整合(he)資源,借助(zhu)外(wai)力提(ti)升(sheng)部門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)(ping)。半年(nian)來2次主(zhu)動(dong)聯系(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)(xin)理(li)咨詢中心(xin)(xin),通過借助(zhu)專業力量提(ti)升(sheng)對重點(dian)關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管理(li)能(neng)力和應對水平(ping)(ping)。積極發揮新(xin)媒(mei)體平(ping)(ping)臺在思想(xiang)(xiang)政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)教育(yu)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),組織策劃迎(ying)新(xin)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)推文(wen)、國慶70周(zhou)年(nian)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)活(huo)動(dong)、強國青(qing)年(nian)說推文(wen)等宣(xuan)(xuan)傳推文(wen),深(shen)受(shou)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎(ying)。

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋(song)李翔老(lao)師(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中敢(gan)于擔當,身先(xian)士卒(zu),高度(du)自律。每(mei)天(tian)早(zao)(zao)上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小(xiao)時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),下(xia)午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦(ban)公室,關愛團隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)內部建設(she)(she),通(tong)過(guo)專題(ti)研討、團隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團隊(dui)活動(dong)等(deng)方式為學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)營造出(chu)團結協作(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)實地(di)檢查新生早(zao)(zao)修情況,及(ji)時(shi)向新生輔(fu)導員(yuan)(yuan)反饋早(zao)(zao)晚修情況。積極通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)生一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走訪宿(su)舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)生代表座談(tan)(tan)等(deng)形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)生聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)生思(si)想動(dong)態,及(ji)時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)生排憂解難。自開(kai)(kai)展主題(ti)教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以(yi)來,主持學(xue)(xue)生座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)生一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)次(ci),宿(su)舍(she)走訪4次(ci)。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中能(neng)(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)生專業和(he)培養特點,有(you)針對性的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展學(xue)(xue)生活動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)生打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)育(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)理念落實到位。同(tong)時(shi)對學(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生絕不放棄引導教育(yu),而(er)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)嚴要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)(de)(de)(de)態度(du)與學(xue)(xue)生家長、班(ban)主任、輔(fu)導員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行后進學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)引導。羅馬城(cheng)不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)團隊(dui)建設(she)(she)也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過(guo)嚴于律己的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)風和(he)正能(neng)(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)積極傳(chuan)遞才能(neng)(neng)讓(rang)新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)生黨支部的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設(she)(she)與時(shi)俱(ju)進,勇往直前。
