學(xue)校(xiao)注重技術技能(neng)人才的(de)創新創業(ye)能(neng)力培養(yang),在(zai)全(quan)(quan)國較(jiao)早開展(zhan)創新創業(ye)教育。2009年學(xue)校(xiao)成(cheng)立(li)學(xue)生創業(ye)工作領(ling)導小組(zu),頒布《深圳職(zhi)業(ye)技術學(xue)院關于加(jia)強大(da)學(xue)生創業(ye)工作的(de)意(yi)見》。2012年成(cheng)立(li)創業(ye)學(xue)院。2016年獨(du)立(li)設置創新創業(ye)學(xue)院,統籌全(quan)(quan)校(xiao)創新創業(ye)教育工作。同年底,學(xue)校(xiao)第三次黨(dang)代會將“打造(zao)企業(ye)家搖籃”作為(wei)未來五大(da)定位(wei)之一。
目前,創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業學院設有(you)教研室、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)客(ke)(ke)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業園等(deng)(deng)教學單(dan)位(wei)。其中(zhong),創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業園區(qu)5000平(ping)方(fang)米(mi),包(bao)(bao)括(kuo)學生創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)意創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業園、IT創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)客(ke)(ke)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、電(dian)子精英(ying)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)客(ke)(ke)空間(jian)等(deng)(deng)16個創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業實踐基地(di);創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)客(ke)(ke)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)840平(ping)方(fang)米(mi),包(bao)(bao)括(kuo)留仙(xian)洞校區(qu)360平(ping)方(fang)米(mi)、西麗湖校區(qu)480平(ping)方(fang)米(mi)。現有(you)專(zhuan)職教職員工18人。
