[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書特有的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)底蘊和(he)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)地(di)位(wei),對整個社(she)會的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)發展(zhan),甚(shen)而對經濟、科(ke)研(yan)、社(she)會文(wen)明(ming)等方面的(de)進步起著舉足輕重的(de)作用。圖書館作為古今中(zhong)外最重要(yao)的(de)藏書場所、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)天地(di),肩(jian)負(fu)著特別的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)使命和(he)任務。高校(xiao)圖書館在為教學科(ke)研(yan)服務的(de)同時,更有著直(zhi)接參(can)與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育人的(de)重要(yao)使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養(yang)“復(fu)合式創新(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)時(shi)期對職業(ye)院校提出的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)要(yao)求(qiu),符合市(shi)場(chang)對新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)變化(hua)(hua),也(ye)(ye)切(qie)合技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)未來發展(zhan)的(de)(de)方向。全面推進(jin)“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、復(fu)合育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)模式改革,對職業(ye)院校的(de)(de)發展(zhan)與教育(yu)(yu)教學(xue)提出了新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰(zhan),也(ye)(ye)說明了新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)復(fu)雜性。作為傳統的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)主體部(bu)門、教學(xue)輔助單(dan)位(wei),圖書館理當(dang)主動參與到文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)工作中。

  從(cong)單一(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)專業要(yao)(yao)求到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)或專業群要(yao)(yao)求,從(cong)適(shi)應崗(gang)位(wei)到(dao)工作(zuo)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),從(cong)“工具”人(ren)(ren)到(dao)以(yi)(yi)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)本綜(zong)合(he)發展(zhan),現(xian)代技能人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)理念(nian)與(yu)(yu)(yu)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)有根本性轉(zhuan)變,對高校圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而言,自身定(ding)(ding)位(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)責任必(bi)須進(jin)行變革。第(di)一(yi)(yi),努力拓展(zhan)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)涵,必(bi)須要(yao)(yao)跳(tiao)出圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升華到(dao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)以(yi)(yi)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)心開展(zhan)資源建(jian)設(she)和(he)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)提(ti)升,依(yi)復(fu)合(he)型、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)型要(yao)(yao)求來采購圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)善閱讀(du)環境,開展(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu),更要(yao)(yao)走出圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參與(yu)(yu)(yu)到(dao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)第(di)一(yi)(yi)線(xian)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可以(yi)(yi)全程(cheng)介(jie)入(ru)教與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)過程(cheng),從(cong)而在實(shi)踐中(zhong)使圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)(da)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)涵與(yu)(yu)(yu)外延(yan),著力推動(dong)校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)發展(zhan)。第(di)二,著力打造新(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香校園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)開,不僅是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)開設(she)問題,更重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)(da)環境與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)問題,推進(jin)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香校園(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)切入(ru)點。要(yao)(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之香彌漫校園(yuan),使校園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁(yu)。第(di)三(san),不斷(duan)放(fang)大(da)(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)十分重(zhong)要(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)部分。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香校園(yuan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong),應該(gai)根據時代需要(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校特色,組(zu)織各方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)力量,從(cong)不同角度完(wan)善、充實(shi)、放(fang)大(da)(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)功(gong)能。要(yao)(yao)將教學(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究、社(she)會(hui)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面成長(chang)相結合(he),激勵教師(shi)投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造中(zhong)來。抓住德育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)主線(xian),用不同形(xing)式和(he)方(fang)法提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)社(she)會(hui)公德、職業道(dao)德與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德。要(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升到(dao)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)精(jing)神(shen),以(yi)(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)(wei)基礎,逐步形(xing)成學(xue)(xue)(xue)校獨有的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)(yu)(yu)精(jing)神(shen)內(nei)(nei)核,塑造學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng),提(ti)升學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深(shen)入落(luo)實“文(wen)化(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一方面(mian)要(yao)求(qiu)圖書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍進(jin)(jin)(jin)到(dao)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua),進(jin)(jin)(jin)而推動書(shu)香(xiang)校園,促進(jin)(jin)(jin)校園文(wen)化(hua)大發展(zhan),另一方面(mian)也從文(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)角度對圖書(shu)館(guan)的(de)具體工作提出(chu)了新的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源——夯(hang)實(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設是圖書館永恒的主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)(ti),今后應有(you)三個轉變,一(yi)是重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源的文(wen)化(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵,二是要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是重點抓好特(te)(te)色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設。圖書資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設實(shi)則是文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設,是書香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)校園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的基(ji)礎。為形(xing)(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)源的針對性、有(you)效性與(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色,應進一(yi)步(bu)與(yu)(yu)學校各部(bu)門及校外單位合作(zuo),加(jia)強合作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源、特(te)(te)色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設,加(jia)強文(wen)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)如職業素養、地方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高(gao)職文(wen)化(hua)(hua)的收藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成規模,就進行歸納整理,集(ji)中(zhong)收藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購中(zhong),應有(you)意識地進行專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)(xing)成特(te)(te)色文(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書。也(ye)可發揮博物(wu)館功能,收集(ji)地方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非(fei)物(wu)質(zhi)遺產,接受私人(ren)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品(pin),形(xing)(xing)成專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)數據庫(ku)或特(te)(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)是(shi)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳(chuan)統圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單(dan),而(er)現(xian)代(dai)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注(zhu)重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)影(ying)響(xiang)師生,通過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人。優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua),日(ri)常應建(jian)立一套基(ji)本的(de)(de)(de)能滿足讀者需求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基(ji)礎上(shang),要強化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足教(jiao)師或重點(dian)團隊在縱(zong)深(shen)層次的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個性需求(qiu),其次要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下(xia)功(gong)夫,引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣(guang),如(ru)微博、短信(xin)(xin)、聊天群(qun)、手機圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)等(deng),促進與讀者的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)息交(jiao)流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互(hu)動。

  3、廣開(kai)(kai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園師(shi)生(sheng)最重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)集(ji)之地。面向(xiang)未來,我們(men)提出(chu)(chu)除了要(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源信息(xi)中(zhong)心之外(wai),還要(yao)建成學(xue)(xue)(xue)習交流中(zhong)心、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)心和宣傳教(jiao)育中(zhong)心,實現(xian)由傳統大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流、現(xian)代、新型大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉型。這種轉型實際上賦(fu)予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更(geng)多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功(gong)能,不斷(duan)拓(tuo)(tuo)寬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺,成為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)渠道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做(zuo)好常規服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),大(da)量舉辦(ban)主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推(tui)介、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)(zhuan)題講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能比(bi)賽(sai)等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有(you)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率(lv),通(tong)過教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀者(zhe)協會,與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)建立(li)了廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后(hou),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)不斷(duan)把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內各(ge)類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩(cai),還要(yao)走(zou)出(chu)(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入(ru)校(xiao)園,并且走(zou)出(chu)(chu)校(xiao)門,配合教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開(kai)(kai)展書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
