[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書特(te)(te)有(you)的(de)(de)文(wen)化底(di)蘊和文(wen)化地位,對(dui)整個社(she)會的(de)(de)文(wen)化大發展,甚(shen)而對(dui)經濟、科研(yan)、社(she)會文(wen)明等方面(mian)的(de)(de)進步起著舉足(zu)輕(qing)重的(de)(de)作用。圖(tu)書館(guan)作為古今中外最重要的(de)(de)藏書場所、文(wen)化天地,肩(jian)負著特(te)(te)別的(de)(de)文(wen)化使命(ming)和任(ren)務(wu)。高校圖(tu)書館(guan)在為教學(xue)科研(yan)服務(wu)的(de)(de)同時,更(geng)有(you)著直接參與文(wen)化育人的(de)(de)重要使命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復合式創(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)高素(su)質高技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)時期(qi)對職(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)提出(chu)的(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符合市(shi)場對新(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)未來(lai)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)、復合育人(ren)(ren)、協同育人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養模式改(gai)革,對職(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)的(de)(de)發展(zhan)與教(jiao)育教(jiao)學提出(chu)了(le)新(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了(le)新(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培育的(de)(de)復雜性(xing)。作為傳統的(de)(de)文化(hua)主(zhu)體部門、教(jiao)學輔助單(dan)位,圖(tu)書館(guan)理當主(zhu)動(dong)參與到文化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)工(gong)作中(zhong)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落(luo)實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理念(nian),一方(fang)面要求圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華拓展,衍進到書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua),進而推動書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan),促(cu)進校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,另一方(fang)面也從(cong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)角(jiao)度(du)對圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)具體工(gong)作提出了新的(de)要求。

  1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設是圖(tu)書(shu)館永恒的主題(ti),今后(hou)應有三個轉變,一(yi)是重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是重點抓好特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設實則是文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,是書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發展(zhan)的基礎。為形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se),應進一(yi)步與(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)各(ge)部門及校(xiao)外單位合作,加強合作資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,加強文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)如職業素養(yang)、地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的收(shou)藏(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成規模,就進行(xing)歸納整理,集中收(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專題(ti)文(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)中,應有意識地(di)進行(xing)專題(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)成特(te)色(se)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮(hui)博物(wu)館功能(neng),收(shou)集地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物(wu)質遺產,接(jie)受(shou)私人專題(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)成專題(ti)數據庫或特(te)藏(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力(li)。圖書(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構(gou),傳統圖書(shu)館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡(jian)單,而(er)現(xian)代圖書(shu)館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應(ying)更注重(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng),通過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)來(lai)育(yu)人。優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應(ying)建(jian)立一(yi)套基(ji)本的(de)能滿(man)足讀者(zhe)需求的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此(ci)基(ji)礎上(shang),要強化(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)的(de)個性化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)或(huo)重(zhong)點(dian)團隊在(zai)縱(zong)深層次的(de)教(jiao)學科(ke)研活動(dong)中(zhong)對文(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)的(de)個性需求,其次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)細節(jie)、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下功夫(fu),引進新技(ji)術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率(lv)更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更廣,如微(wei)博、短信(xin)(xin)、聊天群、手機(ji)圖書(shu)館(guan)、虛擬圖書(shu)館(guan)等,促進與讀者(zhe)的(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)互(hu)動(dong)。

  3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校園師(shi)生(sheng)最(zui)重要的(de)(de)聚集之地。面向未來(lai),我們提出除了要把圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)建(jian)成資源信息中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)之外(wai),還(huan)要建(jian)成學習交流中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)和宣傳教(jiao)(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),實現(xian)由傳統(tong)大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)向一流、現(xian)代、新型(xing)(xing)大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)實際上(shang)賦(fu)予(yu)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功能(neng),不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)拓寬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)平(ping)臺,成為學校育人的(de)(de)重要渠道。近年來(lai),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做好常規服務的(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)藏推介、閱讀(du)沙(sha)龍、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能(neng)比賽等,保(bao)持(chi)了館(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示(shi)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)(yu)學生(sheng)的(de)(de)讀(du)者協(xie)會(hui),與(yu)(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)建(jian)立了廣泛的(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)要不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)把館(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞好搞精彩,還(huan)要走(zou)(zou)出館(guan)舍,深入校園,并且走(zou)(zou)出校門,配合教(jiao)(jiao)學活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)(de)專題活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
