[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書(shu)特有的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)底蘊和文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)地位,對(dui)整個(ge)社會(hui)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大發展,甚而對(dui)經濟、科研、社會(hui)文(wen)明等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)的(de)進步起著(zhu)(zhu)舉足(zu)輕(qing)重(zhong)的(de)作用。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)作為(wei)古今中外最重(zhong)要的(de)藏書(shu)場(chang)所、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)天地,肩負著(zhu)(zhu)特別(bie)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)使命和任務。高校圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)在(zai)為(wei)教學科研服務的(de)同時,更有著(zhu)(zhu)直接(jie)參與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人的(de)重(zhong)要使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復(fu)合(he)式(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)型高(gao)素(su)質高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是(shi)新(xin)時期對職業院校(xiao)提出的(de)新(xin)要(yao)求(qiu),符合(he)市場對新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)新(xin)變(bian)化(hua),也切合(he)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)未來發展的(de)方向。全面推進(jin)“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合(he)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養模式(shi)改(gai)革,對職業院校(xiao)的(de)發展與教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學提出了(le)新(xin)的(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明了(le)新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培育(yu)(yu)的(de)復(fu)雜性。作為(wei)傳統(tong)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)主體(ti)部門、教(jiao)學輔助(zhu)單位,圖書館理當主動參(can)與到(dao)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作中。

  從(cong)單一的(de)專(zhuan)業要(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)或專(zhuan)業群要(yao)求(qiu),從(cong)適應(ying)崗位(wei)到(dao)工作創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),從(cong)“工具(ju)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)到(dao)以人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)本綜合發展,現代技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)理念與(yu)(yu)(yu)定位(wei)有(you)根本性轉變(bian),對高校(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館而(er)言,自身(shen)定位(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)工作責任必須進行變(bian)革。第(di)一,努力拓展圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)內(nei)涵,必須要(yao)跳出(chu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)看到(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華到(dao)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館要(yao)以育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)中心開(kai)展資源建(jian)(jian)設(she)和服(fu)務(wu)提(ti)升(sheng),依復合型(xing)、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)要(yao)求(qiu)來采(cai)購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)、完善(shan)(shan)閱(yue)讀環境,開(kai)展多層次(ci)的(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu),更要(yao)走出(chu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館,參與(yu)(yu)(yu)到(dao)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工作的(de)第(di)一線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館可以全程介入教(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)整個(ge)過程,從(cong)而(er)在實(shi)踐中使(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)內(nei)涵與(yu)(yu)(yu)外延(yan),著力推動校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)大發展。第(di)二,著力打造新(xin)型(xing)的(de)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)展開(kai),不僅(jin)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)(su)養(yang)課程的(de)開(kai)設(she)問(wen)題,更重要(yao)的(de)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大環境與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠(qu)道的(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)問(wen)題,推進書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)一個(ge)重要(yao)的(de)切入點。要(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)愛(ai)書(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),使(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第(di)三(san),不斷放大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)十(shi)分重要(yao),書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)部分。在書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she)中,應(ying)該根據時代需要(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色,組織各方面的(de)力量,從(cong)不同角度(du)完善(shan)(shan)、充(chong)實(shi)、放大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)。要(yao)將教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究、社會(hui)服(fu)務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)全面成長相結合,激勵教(jiao)(jiao)師投身(shen)于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造中來。抓住(zhu)德育的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育主(zhu)線,用不同形式(shi)和方法提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)社會(hui)公德、職業道德與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品德。要(yao)把(ba)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝(ning)聚(ju)上升(sheng)到(dao)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)精神,以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)(wei)基礎,逐步(bu)形成學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)獨有(you)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌(pai)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風(feng)格(ge)與(yu)(yu)(yu)精神內(nei)核,塑造學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)(su)養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)”的(de)(de)人(ren)才培養理念,一方面要(yao)求圖書文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華(hua)拓展,衍(yan)進到書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),進而推動書香(xiang)校園,促進校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發(fa)展,另一方面也(ye)從文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)(de)角度對圖書館的(de)(de)具(ju)體工(gong)作提出了新的(de)(de)要(yao)求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)圖書(shu)(shu)館永恒的(de)主題,今(jin)后應(ying)有三(san)個轉變,一是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三(san)是(shi)重點抓好(hao)特(te)(te)(te)(te)色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設。圖書(shu)(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設實(shi)則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基(ji)礎。為形成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性、有效性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)(te)(te)色,應(ying)進(jin)(jin)一步與(yu)學校各(ge)部門及(ji)校外單位合(he)作,加強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)(te)(te)(te)色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題如職業素養(yang)、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏,一旦形成規模,就進(jin)(jin)行歸納(na)整理,集中收藏,建(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采(cai)購(gou)中,應(ying)有意(yi)識地(di)進(jin)(jin)行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題采(cai)購(gou),形成特(te)(te)(te)(te)色文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏書(shu)(shu)。也可發揮博物館功能,收集地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題藏品,形成專(zhuan)(zhuan)題數據庫或特(te)(te)(te)(te)藏室(shi)。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構(gou),傳統(tong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而(er)現代圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注(zhu)重(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生,通過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)做(zuo)到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)多(duo)樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基本的(de)能滿足(zu)(zu)讀(du)者需求(qiu)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基礎(chu)上,要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)(zu)教(jiao)師(shi)或重(zhong)點團隊在縱深層次的(de)教(jiao)學科研活動中對文(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)個性需求(qiu),其(qi)次要(yao)在服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功(gong)夫,引進新(xin)技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微(wei)博、短(duan)信、聊天群(qun)、手機圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)等,促進與讀(du)者的(de)信息(xi)交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校(xiao)園(yuan)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)最重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集之地。面向(xiang)未來,我們提出(chu)除了要把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)建成資源信(xin)息中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)之外,還(huan)要建成學(xue)(xue)習交流(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)和宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),實(shi)現(xian)由(you)傳(chuan)(chuan)統大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)向(xiang)一流(liu)、現(xian)代、新型(xing)大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實(shi)際上賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能(neng),不斷拓寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)平臺(tai),成為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要渠道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做好常規服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),大量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)藏推介、閱(yue)讀(du)沙龍、專(zhuan)題講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能(neng)比賽等(deng),保持了館(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率(lv),通(tong)過教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂(le)部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協(xie)會,與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)建立了廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系(xi)。以后(hou),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要不斷把(ba)館(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)搞好搞精彩(cai),還(huan)要走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并且走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)門(men),配合教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)或(huo)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
