我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫徹德智體美(mei)勞(lao)(lao)全(quan)面(mian)發展的黨(dang)的教(jiao)育(yu)方(fang)針,全(quan)面(mian)落(luo)實《中(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)央 國(guo)務(wu)院(yuan)關于全(quan)面(mian)加強新時代大中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)的意見》精神,大力提升高等職業院(yuan)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)素(su)養,形成(cheng)(cheng)體現時代要求、符合育(yu)人(ren)規律、彰顯高職院(yuan)校(xiao)特色的勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)體系,8月(yue)25日至(zhi)8月(yue)28日,由我校(xiao)和中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)心主辦、創想家科技教(jiao)育(yu)(深圳)有限(xian)公司協辦的2020年全(quan)國(guo)職業院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)導師研(yan)修班(中(zhong)(zhong)級),在線(xian)上會議平臺成(cheng)(cheng)功舉辦。

為優化勞(lao)動教育(yu)師資供給,本次(ci)教師培訓除了(le)邀請勞(lao)動教育(yu)領(ling)域相(xiang)關知名學者外,基于勞(lao)動教育(yu)本身特質,還邀請了(le)企業代表擔任(ren)課(ke)程授(shou)課(ke)講師。共有來自(zi)廣(guang)(guang)東、廣(guang)(guang)西、貴州(zhou)、湖南、江蘇、內蒙古、陜西、浙江等14所職業院校(xiao)近30名老師參加培訓。

 培訓期間,學(xue)員們分(fen)別觀(guan)摩了(le)中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)院(yuan)劉麗(li)紅副校(xiao)(xiao)長、我校(xiao)(xiao)人(ren)(ren)文學(xue)院(yuan)張克副院(yuan)長、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)院(yuan)黨印副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、中(zhong)國(guo)美術學(xue)院(yuan)杜銘秋副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、優必選人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)(neng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責人(ren)(ren)郭子(zi)琦、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)院(yuan)李珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、廣(guang)東(dong)海涵律師(shi)(shi)事務所主任律師(shi)(shi)吳小(xiao)波主講(jiang)的(de)(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)演變、政(zheng)策解讀與趨勢(shi)”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導(dao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)職(zhi)責與倫(lun)理——如何更好的(de)(de)理解體(ti)面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導(dao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)素質能(neng)(neng)力提升(sheng)”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)課(ke)程(cheng)設計——臺灣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)發展與實踐”“人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)(neng)時代(dai)下的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)融合機制”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)安全風(feng)險與應對(dui)政(zheng)策”七堂課(ke)。專(zhuan)家(jia)們表示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相關政(zheng)策的(de)(de)進一(yi)步推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)將更加專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)化且惠(hui)及更多學(xue)生(sheng),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)資則面臨極(ji)大的(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰。從長遠來看,應開設勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相關專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye),培養(yang)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才。短期內,應根據學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)目前師(shi)(shi)資情(qing)況(kuang)采取多種措施(shi),建立專(zhuan)兼職(zhi)相結合的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)資隊伍。

同時,為深入了解目(mu)前高(gao)職(zhi)院校(xiao)勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)(kai)展情況,今(jin)年(nian)3月,我校(xiao)聯合創想(xiang)家教(jiao)育(yu)科技(深圳)有限公司,對覆蓋生源(yuan)地30個省(sheng)、自治區(qu)、直(zhi)轄市的(de)(de)學生及來自全(quan)國14所(suo)高(gao)職(zhi)院校(xiao)的(de)(de)老師(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)展《全(quan)國高(gao)職(zhi)院校(xiao)勞動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)現狀調查(cha)報告藍(lan)皮書》專項問卷(juan)調研(yan)。經過5個月的(de)(de)立項、調研(yan)論證、問卷(juan)發放及回收(shou)、電(dian)話訪談記錄(lu)(lu)、數據清洗與甄(zhen)別等,共回收(shou)有效教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)問卷(juan)221份(fen),學生問卷(juan)2101份(fen),教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)訪談記錄(lu)(lu)25份(fen)。

調研(yan)專家組成員范苗就調研(yan)報告中(zhong)學生素養現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)、目(mu)前(qian)(qian)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)開展現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問題(ti)、師資建(jian)設(she)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問題(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)實(shi)習實(shi)訓(xun)相(xiang)結合(he)的(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問題(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)校園文化建(jian)設(she)相(xiang)結合(he)的(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問題(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)社會服務相(xiang)結合(he)的(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問題(ti)等內(nei)容進行分享,讓(rang)研(yan)修班(ban)的(de)學員們從數據中(zhong)更科學更全面的(de)了解目(mu)前(qian)(qian)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)在高職院校中(zhong)開展的(de)情(qing)況。

研修班(ban)4天的(de)課程涵(han)蓋(gai)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)理論知(zhi)識、相(xiang)關(guan)政策導讀、實際課程案例分(fen)析、勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)相(xiang)關(guan)法律知(zhi)識普及、人(ren)工智能下的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)等多個方面,最后以電子(zi)考卷的(de)形式對學員們(men)進(jin)行考核。參訓學員紛紛表示,將(jiang)以本次研究班(ban)為新的(de)起(qi)點(dian),進(jin)一(yi)步加強(qiang)理論學習,重(zhong)塑勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)觀,為所屬(shu)高職院校開(kai)展勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)工作貢獻力(li)量(liang);并(bing)希望這樣(yang)的(de)培訓能夠制度(du)化、常態化,進(jin)一(yi)步豐富培訓內容,在條件(jian)允許的(de)情況下,安(an)排(pai)線(xian)下培訓課,加入動(dong)手實踐實操環節,將(jiang)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)精神(shen)貫(guan)穿師資培訓始終(zhong)。
